Steute Technologies is a globally recognised specialist in the development and manufacture of series and customised switchgear in the wireless, automation, extreme and meditec sectors. It all began in 1961 as STEUTE-Schaltgerätebau Rose & Sölken KG in Bad Oeynhausen. Today, the company steute Technologies GmbH & Co. KG is headquartered in Löhne and operates worldwide. After steute Meditec Inc. was founded in the USA in 2001, steute later established further European sales subsidiaries in Italy, France, Poland and the UK.
The business areas in which steute switchgear can be used are diverse. In the field of wireless technologies, steute offers a range of switchgear with different radio standards that ensure reliable transmissions even under poor conditions. If you need products for the automation sector, you can get durable steute switchgear with proven electromechanical technology or a customer-specific requirement. Of course, there are also extreme product requirements for the switchgear. For example, they have to meet extreme heat, corrosion or the highest hygiene requirements. The product variety is rounded off with the steute switchgear for use in the Meditec sector. For more than 30 years, Steute has been developing high-quality switchgear for use in medical technology, where they sometimes provide very complex operating functions and signal transmission.

Task from steute
In order to meet the growing demands of the e-commerce market, the existing online platform was to be relaunched in 13 languages. The systems were to be revised so that a PIM system could be integrated in a subsequent step to enable the smooth exchange of product information from all channels and to centralise product data maintenance.
