Your tasks with us
- You will be the first point of contact for a key customer and act as a link between them and our developers
- You will be responsible for managing various project topics
- You will communicate with customers and employees, negotiate prices and find appropriate solutions to problems in case of emergency
- You will further develop the customer relationship
What we expect from you
- Several years of professional experience in project management or customer support
- Very good technical understanding, preferably also in the field of software development
- Analytical, structured way of thinking
- Competent presentation skills
- Experience with agile working methods
- Secure command of English
- Very good knowledge of German language proficiencies
- Strong communication skills, team player and self-starter
