In the online shop of Gartentraum.de you will find far more than 20,000 high-quality products from the areas of garden decoration and garden furniture. You will find products from TOP garden brands, well-known manufacturers from all over Europe as well as works by stonemasons and sculptors. To ensure that the products sold continue to give pleasure in the garden after many years, attention is always paid to quality and high-quality materials.
For the realisation of individual wishes and garden projects, you have expert advisors at your side with Gartentraum.de. The team of garden experts, garden lovers and natural stone artists will be happy to advise you on the design of unique places of relaxation. The sundials, sculptures & statutes, planters, garden fountains and much more can already be found in many gardens.
UX design optimisation
The main focus of this e-commerce project was the UX design optimisation and modernisation of the existing online shop. The user should be guided through the range of products in a user-friendly, intuitive and emotional way and be immersed in a digital garden paradise full of possibilities.
For this purpose, igniti designed the CI and logo and optimised the menu structure, category pages and product detail pages for mobile, tablet and desktop. The user should always be able to quickly access the product range so that he or she can easily find information about interesting garden products and buy them. The search function and filter function of the e-commerce platform should also be adapted. These were implemented according to igniti’s best-practice experience in the field of UX design and are available to the user with a user-friendly operation.
In order for our client from Gartentraum.de to be able to imagine the changes to the e-commerce platform in advance, we work in the UX design creation process with click dummies that are created using Adobe XD. As igniti, we can thus save time and developer resources in the workflow and quickly present and discuss an overview of the new customer journey on all end devices with the Gartentraum.de customer.
