RBV Birkmann offers quality and innovation in all aspects of baking. With its own product development in Halle/Westphalia, it succeeds in setting new trends, thus recording constant growth. RBV Birkmann saw a particular upswing in its own development, which began back in 1980, in 2014 with the opening up of the B2C market through the online shop Backfreunde.de.
Task definition of RBV Birkmann
igniti was commissioned with e-commerce consulting and strategy, UX/UI design and implementation of a multi-client platform for the B2C (www.backfreunde.de) and B2B business (www.birkmann.de). The project focus was on optimal user guidance on all devices (mobile first). In addition, there was a desire for a simple and central backend administration for both shops as well as an optimisation of the ordering process.
